It really is no surprise that Event Industry News is the most followed account on Twitter. They first established their account in 2009 and it now has 54,262 followers. Another reason for their popularity is their amazing show, Event Tech Live. Followers can get the latest news direct from the source.
What could be slightly more impressive is Event Manager Blog. They currently have 50,598 followers, but the account was created back in 2011. Quite a rapid rise in following!
Third place is HospitalityNet with 27,129 followers, their account was also established in 2009. Another trusted source of industry news.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter how many followers you have, it’s the engagement that counts!
